2 Sticks Celery
600ml Chicken Stock
100ml Fresh Cream
Add Oil and Butter to large cooking
pot. Add Garlic and Onions. Saute over low heat so that onions
cook but do not brown/fry. When onions are about half done add
carrots and celery. After 15 min cooking total, add the 1kg of
tomatoes and cook for about 25-30 min over low to medium heat.
Add Sugar to 600ml Chicken Stock, then add
that to the rest, let it simmer for 10 min. Blitz and add 100ml
cream before serving.
